About
A studio with the nerve to go all the way
KPM Global Media is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We make films, stills, podcasts, sites, and campaigns for brands that refuse to look average — and we stay long enough to make the next season easier.

The studio
Why we refused the split model
KPM Global Media exists because the split model is exhausting. A production house makes a film that cannot scale. A media buyer inherits stills that died last Ramadan. A freelancer writes captions for a brand they have never stood inside. Everybody is busy. Nobody is responsible for the whole picture.
We built a UAE studio that can hold the whole picture. Not because we enjoy being large — because the work is worse when it is handed down a corridor. The people who light the set should know the offer. The people who write the page should have been in the room.
The culture is deliberately unglamorous on the inside. Call sheets, consent forms, colour pipelines, and a shared opinion about what is good enough. On the outside it should look inevitable: like the brand always sounded this clear.
We work with hospitality groups, retailers, clinics, importers, and founders across the GCC. Some briefs are a two-day studio. Some are a year of search, social, and seasonal film. The standard does not change with the invoice.
The daily work is also specific: websites people can trust, social and publishing people choose to follow, SEO that matches how discovery actually works, and ads with somewhere valuable to go. Business, culture, creativity, media, and technology — as one house.
Better, not more
We don't believe more marketing is always better.
We believe better marketing is better. Communicate more clearly. Create more effectively. Invest more intelligently. That is the culture: craft, nerve, and a team that stays for season two.
Monday is the brief
Commercial job, languages, legal rails, who signs. If the job is vanity, we say so before anyone books lights.
The middle is making
Treatments, design, pages, studio or location days. One spine so the edit is not inventing the campaign at midnight.
The week does not end at delivery
Publish, spend, measure, and put the learning back on the calendar. That loop is the product.
01
Cohesion
One bar across crew, copy, and media. Different people, different passports, same standard for the frame and the sentence. If it would embarrass us on a pause, it does not ship.
02
Inclusion
UAE talent, regional stories, bilingual campaigns when the audience actually needs them — not as decoration on an English film. We honour the people in front of the camera and the people who will see the work at midnight on a phone.
03
Respect
For the brief, the talent, the patient, the guest, and the dealer who has to play the kit on a Tuesday morning. Respect also means telling you when the idea is vanity.
How engagements look
Retainers, projects, a room on the calendar
Retainers that have a spine
Always-on social and search only work if production is on the calendar. We would rather two serious studio days a quarter than sixty panicked posts.
Projects that leave a kit
A launch, a rebrand, a site. When we leave, you should have a pack the next season can brief against — not a hero file in a forgotten drive.
Studio as a habit
Podcasts and consultant days are booked like clinics: repeating, prepared, unglamorous. That is how a channel stays alive.
What we will not take
The work we walk away from
- A film with nowhere to live
- Ads pointed at a page that cannot convert
- Social as a leftover from a once-a-year hero
- SEO as a plugin and a promise of miracles
- Arabic as a sticker on an English campaign
