Social is a publishing system
A count of posts is not a strategy. Audience, pillars, production, community, and amplification of winners — that is SMO as grown-ups practise it.
The region is full of retainers that promise twelve posts and four reels. The feed still looks like leftovers from a film nobody can extend. Frequency without a spine is how accounts die in public.
Publishing starts on a call sheet. Ratios, language, and the week the assets will go live are decided before the lights. Batch days are not a compromise. They are how a quarter stays on-air.
Community is part of the product. Replies and reputation belong in the same brief as the content pillars. Paid amplification is for work that already earned attention — not a substitute for having something to say.
Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube each get native cuts from the same day. If the tone cannot travel, the pillar was wrong, not the platform.
