Studio days that feed a whole quarter

Updated Date

Batch days are not a compromise. They are how serious teams stay on-air without living on set.

Published

A well-run studio day in Dubai can fill Instagram, YouTube, a landing page, and a podcast RSS for weeks — if you plan the ratios before the lights go on.

Start

Name the commercial job before you name the channel.

Ship

The page and the follow-up have to exist before the spend.

Stay

A quarter of usable assets beats a one-day hero nobody can extend.

We storyboard by asset, not by ‘content’. Hero, cutdown, still, quote card, behind-the-scenes. Same talent, same set, different jobs. The brands that look always-on are usually the ones who booked two long days, not sixty frantic ones.

The failure mode is familiar: a team books ‘a content day’ with no run-of-show. Everyone leaves with a hard drive and a feeling. Three weeks later the intern is hunting for a 9:16 of the only usable take.

Planning is unglamorous. Wardrobe, consent, SKU order, guest arrival times, bilingual supers. It is also the only reason a quarterly kit exists. Without it you have footage. Footage is not a calendar.

Dry-hire can work if your producer is ruthless. Most teams are not. They need someone in the room whose job is the pack, not the vibe. That is a producer. Hire one, or hire us to be one.

When the day is over, delivery should be boring: named folders, captions, ratios, a list of what still needs a reshoot. Boring is how a quarter gets fed.
