The overview
A case study about converting real hospitality into discoverable authority.
Noor already had the hard part: properties people love, chefs with reputations, and a guest experience that outran the website.
The digital job was to organise that authority so cameras, search, and paid media told one story. KPM built the spine connecting films, stills, location pages, and commercial search.
TL;DR
Sample collection: one shoot kit now feeds every property. Seasonal briefs dropped from six agencies to one calendar. Search pages and films finally describe the same hotels.
01 / The business
A hotel group built for the Gulf guest.
Noor Hospitality runs a small collection of hotels and residences in the UAE. Each house has its own kitchen, pool culture, and weekend ritual — which is exactly why a single stock montage was failing them.
Marketing needed a language that could travel: the same colour grade and type, different light and tempo per property.

02 / The opportunity
What needed to change — and what the market could not find.
“The group was an authority in the lobby. The internet was still introducing it as a brochure.”
- Each hotel briefed a different freelancer, so the feed never looked like a group.
- Property pages ranked for the brand name, not for the stays people actually search.
- Paid social reused the same three pool shots until they stopped working.
- Internal teams had no shared shot list, so every season started from zero.
- Search and film described different hotels — and guests could feel it.
The business was an experience. The website was a gallery of disconnected rooms.
03 / The thinking
One connected production and search system.
KPM did not treat the film, the site, and the ads as three jobs. They were layers of the same hospitality system.
01 / DATA
Demand map
We listed the stays, occasions, and neighbourhoods people already search — then shot those, not mood boards.
02 / FOUNDATION
Shoot kit
One lighting plot, one grade, one type system. Directors could still find a different soul in each house.
03 / CONTENT
Guest-journey films
Arrival, kitchen, room, night. Cut for the site, for 15s, and for 6s without a second shoot.
04 / LOCATION
Property pages
Each hotel got a page that matches the film: amenities, area, and the questions a booker actually asks.
05 / AUTHORITY
Chef and culture
Portraits and short interviews so the group is more than a room grid.
06 / DISCOVERY
Search + social
Titles, stills, and clips launched together so Google and Meta learned the same brand.
04 / The build & activation
A kit the marketing team can brief against every season.
The win was not a single hero film. It was stopping the group from starting over every quarter.
1
Shared kit
Properties now brief against a living pack, not a blank page.
12
Seasonal films
Hero, rooms, kitchen, and cutdowns from the same days.
3×
Asset reuse
Site, Meta, and email all pull from one grade.
0
Stock montage
The feed finally looks like the lobbies.
05 / The impact
The films now teach search what the hotels are.
Once the pages and the pictures agreed, organic enquiries stopped arriving as “is this the same group?”. Discovery became a guest journey, not a logo.

06 / The system
Turning hotel craft into content a buyer can use.
01
Arrival films
The first 12 seconds match what a Maps listing cannot say.
02
Kitchen portraits
Chefs as the reason to book a Tuesday, not only a wedding.
03
Room cutdowns
Honest light. No lifestyle extras the property does not have.
04
Neighbourhood pages
What is actually walkable — written like a concierge, structured like SEO.
05
Offer frames
Seasonal stays designed as ads, not as afterthoughts.
06
Brand toolkit
Type, colour, and motion rules the next crew will actually open.
The starting gap
Strong in person. Split online.
- · Real guest experience
- · Distinct properties
- · No shared visual language
- · Brand search only
- · Tired paid creative
The growth system
One calendar. One grade. One story.
- · Reusable shoot kit
- · Property + occasion pages
- · Film and stills from one day
- · Social and SEO in the same brief
- · A team that stays for season two
07 / The wider lesson
Why hospitality brands in the UAE need a system, not a campaign.
Hotel groups rarely lack beauty. They lack a way to repeat it without hiring a new eye every winter.
Enterprise production in Dubai is infrastructure: properties, occasions, languages, and channels under one domain. KPM treats that as a studio problem and a search problem at the same time.
08 / Frequently asked questions
